Wireless microphones: Transmitters and receivers

Single-channel diversity UHF PLL receiver, with REMOSET technology IN-164R/5

Reliability and flexibility: improving the transmitting quality and maximising the operating range ensure reliability and provide flexibility! These features of the IN-164 system have been realised by an innovative circuit design and a switchable transmitting power. A high-quality wireless audio transmission of up to 300 m in a free field outdoors is thus possible without any problems. Rapid transmission: due to REMOSET, the frequency of a corresponding hand-held transmitter or pocket transmitter can easily be set up via the receiver. It is possible to remotely set the desired transmission channel at the transmitter via radio signal, no visual contact required. This can be done even during a live performance! An innovative carrier analysis method provides user support by only allowing transmission channels on which no other transmitter is active.

Single-channel diversity UHF PLL receiver, with REMOSET technology.

124 preset channels, clearly arranged in six channel groups, allow for most versatile use of the frequencies. With a bandwidth utilisation of 36 MHz, up to 20 channels can be operated intermodulation-free at the same time. The integrated scan function considerably facilitates the selection of transmission channels. Only channels on which no carrier signal is located will be enabled for further use. Pilot tone squelch and noise squelch effectively prevent external carrier signals and noise signals in case they occur. Important parameters and operating modes are always in sight: battery status of the transmitter, receiver channel/receiver group, audio level/RF level, mute, lock and active antenna. The level of the audio signal can continuously be adjusted. The balanced signal is available at the XLR output and jack output. The 20 dB attenuator allows for a perfect adjustment to the following units. An optional antenna booster UB-900... can be supplied with power directly via the antenna inputs. The 482 mm (19") mounting frame DR-900SET allows for 1 RS rack installation of two IN-164R/5 units which can be placed securely next to each other.

Wireless 16-channel PLL audio transmission system for cameras KA-10/1PACK

Wireless 16-channel PLL audio transmission system for cameras

Freedom for cameramen! Every video filmmaker has surely dreamt of this before: A live interview or an animal film made possible by using the camera at a distance thanks to the tele lens. Unfortunately, a microphone cable runs from the camera close to the audio source and greatly limits the mobility of the cameraman. The KA-10/1PACK puts an end to this! The transmission system consists of a portable audio transmitter with a lavalier microphone which can be positioned near the audio source and a portable receiver which can easily be attached to the camera by means of the supplied attachment clip. Supplied with connection cables for the audio connection to the camera. Both the transmitter and receiver are operated with a very compact rechargeable lithium-ion battery. This ensures a reduction in weight and long operating times. A dual charging slot allows to recharge the batteries without a lengthy removal process. Extensive protective circuits monitor the charging status and operating status of the rechargeable batteries. Further details: the portable transmitter can also be used for transmitting line signals (adjustment via recessed gain control). The receiver features a 3-step PAD switch (0dB/-10 dB/-20 dB) for perfect level matching to the audio input of the camera. Transmitter and receiver are fitted with a robust metal fixing clip which allows for various applications in different mounting positions. The KA-10/1PACK can be operated licence-free in the frequency range 863-865 MHz! Supplied with lavalier microphone in skin design with windshield and tie clip, attachment clip for camera mounting, trim key, dual charging slot with plug-in switch-mode PSU, connection cable with 3.5 mm plug to 3.5 mm plug, connection cable with 3.5 mm plug to XLR plug.

Single-channel diversity UHF PLL receiver, with REMOSET technology, TXS-855

The improvement of the transmission quality and maximising the operating range ensure reliability and provide flexibility! These features have been realised by an innovative circuit design and a switchable transmitting power. A high-quality wireless audio transmission of up to 300 m in a free field outdoors is thus possible without any problems! Rapid transmission: due to REMOSET, the frequency of a corresponding hand-held transmitter or pocket transmitter can easily be set up via the receiver. It is possible to remotely set the desired transmission channel at the transmitter via radio signal, no visual contact required. This can even be done during a live performance! An intelligent carrier analysis method provides user support by only allowing transmission channels on which no other transmitter is active.

PLL Multifrequency System US-903DCPRO/5

PLL Multifrequency System

2 x 64 channels in 4 groups

2-channel diversity UHF PLL receiver

2 x 64 channel presets in four groups provide a high flexibility and quick access. The receiver operates with pilot tone squelch and adjustable noise squelch which together with the diversity technology guarantee a reception quality of highest stability. 16 frequencies can be used for parallel operation (corresponds to eight 2-channel systems). Outliers/dropouts and external carriers are suppressed effectively. Excellent audio characteristics allow versatile applications. A backlit LCD provides immediate display of important status indications, e.g. channel/group assignment and RF level/audio level. The lock function protects against unintentional readjustment of the receiving parameters. An optional antenna booster UB-900... can be supplied with power directly via the antenna inputs. External chargers are not required due to the integrated charging slot for four rechargeable NiMH batteries AA size which indicates the operating status. The robust desktop metal housing can easily be changed into a 482 mm (19") insertion housing.
